dbx77 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dbx77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the dbx77 platform accessible at dbx77.club, duly registered and operating in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations overseen by PAGCOR.
• "Platform" means the dbx77 website at dbx77.club, including all associated pages, services, games, betting markets, payment systems, promotions, and communications channels operated by dbx77.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the dbx77 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual on the dbx77 Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a User's Account, used to place bets and receive winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account by dbx77 as part of a promotion or loyalty program.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process required by dbx77 and by applicable Philippine regulations before withdrawals may be processed.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means territories outside the Philippines where online gambling is prohibited, regulated in a manner incompatible with dbx77's operations, or otherwise excluded by dbx77 at its sole discretion.
• "Real Money Play" means any betting, wagering, or gaming activity conducted using funds held in a User's Wallet derived from a deposit of actual monetary value.

By accessing or using the dbx77 Platform in any manner — including registering an Account, browsing the website, placing a bet, or using any game or service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the dbx77 Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dbx77. They govern all interactions between you and dbx77, including the use of games, the management of your Account, deposits, withdrawals, and the receipt of promotions.

dbx77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email or by an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register for and use a dbx77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippine gaming laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. dbx77 strictly prohibits access by any person under 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own personal capacity.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or are a Philippine national authorized to access online gaming services at the time of use.
• You are not a resident of or located in any Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any such individual, of dbx77 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not registered on any national self-exclusion program or gambling exclusion list applicable to Philippine gaming operations.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under coercion or undue influence when using the Platform for gaming or wagering purposes.
• Your use of the dbx77 Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or judicial order in your jurisdiction of residence.

To access real-money games, sports betting, and withdrawal services on dbx77, you must complete the registration process. Registration requires the following:

• Provision of a valid full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• Creation of a unique username and a secure password meeting dbx77's minimum password complexity requirements.
• Agreement to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy at the time of registration.
• Successful completion of mobile number OTP (One-Time Password) verification.

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the dbx77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. dbx77 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all such Accounts will be suspended, and any balances, winnings, or bonus funds associated with the duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

Before any withdrawal may be processed, dbx77 requires completion of KYC identity verification. Accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS card, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. A clear selfie photograph holding the presented ID may also be required. dbx77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time and to suspend withdrawal access pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your dbx77 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. dbx77 will never request your password by email, telephone, or live chat under any circumstances.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility regardless of whether you authorized that activity.
• You must not permit any third party to access or use your Account, including family members, friends, or agents.
• You must notify dbx77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• dbx77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

dbx77 accepts deposits from the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Wallet promptly following confirmation from the payment provider.

dbx77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying the ownership of any payment method used to make a deposit. Where ownership cannot be verified, deposits may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified Account holders only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1 to 3 business hours. dbx77 does not guarantee specific processing times for withdrawals and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system maintenance, or regulatory review requirements.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. dbx77 reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering (AML) screening procedures to withdrawal requests, which may result in additional documentation requirements or temporary processing holds.

All transactions on the dbx77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). dbx77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion fees arising from third-party payment provider transactions are the sole responsibility of the User.

All betting and gaming activity on the dbx77 Platform is subject to the specific game rules applicable to each individual game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail for matters directly relating to that game's mechanics.

• All bets and wagers placed on the dbx77 Platform are final and irrevocable once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• dbx77 reserves the right to void any bet where a technical malfunction, software error, data feed interruption, or evident pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's Wallet.
• dbx77 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or event at its sole discretion. These limits may vary by game type, User VIP tier, and individual Account risk profile.
• For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, PAGCOR for e-sabong). In cases of dispute, dbx77's determination of the official result is final.
• dbx77 does not offer credit or allow Users to bet with borrowed funds. Bets may only be placed using funds available in the User's Wallet.

dbx77 offers various bonuses, promotions, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards to its registered Users. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms clearly stated at the time the offer is communicated.

• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in each promotion. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as cash.
• Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• dbx77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress for an active bonus will be honored until their natural expiry.
• Bonuses are issued for personal recreational use only. Systematic, coordinated, or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings.
• Each promotion is available once per User, once per household, and once per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbx77 Platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, forfeit all associated balances and pending winnings, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets, including in live poker, live dealer games, and sports betting.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in the Platform for financial gain. Users who identify technical errors are required to report them to dbx77 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that facilitates illegal financial transactions through the Platform.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another User's Account without authorization.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward dbx77 staff, support agents, or other Users through any Platform communication channel.
• Assisting or facilitating any third party in the conduct of any prohibited activity described in this section.

dbx77 is committed to providing a responsible and safe gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. dbx77 does not encourage gambling as a source of income or as a means of recovering losses.

Access to the dbx77 Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is enforced through mandatory age verification at registration and ongoing KYC procedures. dbx77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Account holders through Account Settings at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum net loss thresholds.
• Wagering Limits: Set limits on the total amount wagered within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all dbx77 Platform services. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, access to the Platform is blocked and no promotional communications will be sent.

All content available on the dbx77 Platform — including but not limited to the dbx77 name, logo, trade dress, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and database compilations — is the intellectual property of dbx77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dbx77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the dbx77 Platform without dbx77's prior written consent.

Third-party game content available on the dbx77 Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, JILI, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft) and is subject to those providers' applicable intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dbx77, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the dbx77 Platform, even if dbx77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.
• Interruptions, errors, delays, or malfunctions in the Platform, game software, payment systems, or third-party services, where such issues are beyond dbx77's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game rules summaries, or statistical data.

dbx77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dbx77's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

dbx77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with the Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe required by dbx77.
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the Account holder.
• Any other grounds that dbx77 reasonably determines justify termination in order to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Users.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon voluntary Account closure, any Real Money balance in your Wallet will be returned to you following completion of outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses and subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the dbx77 Platform shall first be submitted to dbx77's Customer Support team at [email protected] for good-faith resolution. dbx77 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and aim to reach a resolution within 30 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body, including PAGCOR, or to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute.

dbx77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, registered Users will be notified by email to the address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, as far in advance of the effective date as is reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the dbx77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at dbx77.club/terms-conditions. The effective date and last updated date displayed at the top of this page indicate the version of the Terms currently in force.
